Ms. Rekha Williams is a Caribbean talent management professional with over fifteen (15) years’ experience.  She is certified in change management and psychometric assessments. Ms. Williams obtained her MSc. in Human Resources Management in and a BSc. in Psychology. 

Over the last two years, Rekha has expanded her brand to being the author of the blog www.thehrtouch.site, a presenter at the annual CaribHRForum conference; and a budding Hybrid Entrepreneur as an HR consultant. Her industry experience span from construction, education, manufacturing, environment, health & fitness, to banking.  Ms. Williams is an advocate for youth development and environmental awareness.
