Susan Kyles
Susan Kyles has been the Executive Director of Dress for Success Washington, DC since February 2019 after being involved with the Washington, DC affiliate as a volunteer, donor, board member and a previous Executive Director at the Memphis affiliate. She is a graduate of Cornell University with previous experience as a financial analyst at FedEx and Director of Financial Reporting, Procurement and Operations Analysis at Nike.
Susan’s diverse business background has been beneficial in leading the organization in its mission to empower women to search, secure and sustain employment. Her vision for Dress for Success Washington, DC is to become the leading organization for preparing women for the workforce and every woman has the resources to become economically self-sufficient.
